1. Introduction
Welcome to Pitch & Park. These terms govern your use of our website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full. Pitch & Park is operated by Towpath Digital Ltd (Company No. 16913912), registered in England & Wales.
2. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Pitch & Park acts as a marketplace and does not own, inspect, or verify the physical condition of listed items. All transactions are between the buyer and seller directly.
3. Private Listings
Private sellers pay a one-off fee of £19.99 for a 60-day listing. Listings are subject to review and may be rejected if they do not meet our guidelines. Refunds are not available once a listing has been published.
4. Partner Accounts
Partners (parks, brokers, dealers) subscribe to monthly plans. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Partners are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date.
5. Enquiries
Enquiries submitted through the platform are forwarded to the relevant seller. Pitch & Park is not responsible for the timeliness or quality of seller responses. We encourage all users to communicate openly and honestly.
6. Prohibited Content
You must not submit listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or contain illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms.
7. Liability
Pitch & Park provides a marketplace service only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before completing any purchase.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
